No Compromise

Online Lessons Are Not a Substitute.
They're the Real Thing.

A lot of vocal coaches treat online lessons as a lesser version of in-person coaching. Daniel doesn't. The Sing Smart Method translates completely to a virtual setting — and for many students, the focused one-on-one environment of a Zoom lesson actually accelerates progress.

Students in Nashville, New York, Boston, Texas, Southern California, and Germany have all developed their voices through online lessons with Daniel — some for years at a time. The distance doesn't matter. The method does.

Online lessons are conducted via Zoom with high-fidelity audio settings enabled — ensuring Daniel hears your voice clearly and can give precise, accurate feedback every session.

What online lessons cover:

Vocal Technique

Range, tone, breath, resonance — the full Sing Smart foundation.

Style Development

Pop, rock, country, R&B, musical theater — develop your authentic sound in any genre.

Musical Intelligence

Ear training, pitch, riffs, runs, rhythm — real musicianship, not technology-dependent skill.

Performance & Mindset

Confidence, stage presence, and the mental game — even for virtual performers.

Song Work

Apply everything to real songs — we work with your music and your goals.

Pricing & Packages

Online lesson pricing and package options are discussed during your discovery session. This gives Daniel a chance to assess your voice, understand your goals, and recommend the right plan for you.

Getting Started

What You Need for
Online Lessons

Online lessons are conducted via Zoom. Setup is straightforward — full instructions are sent after booking. Here's the quick version:

1

Zoom with High-Fidelity Audio

Enable "High Fidelity Music Mode" and "Original Sound" in your Zoom audio settings before your lesson. This is essential for Daniel to hear your voice accurately.

2

Headphones + Good Microphone

Wear headphones during lessons. Avoid built-in headset microphones — use your computer's built-in mic or a dedicated USB microphone for the best sound quality.

3

Music Streaming + Speaker

Have Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube ready on a separate device with an audio speaker — not headphones — so you can sing along to backing tracks during the lesson.

4

Quiet Space

Find a quiet room with minimal echo. Background noise makes it harder to give precise feedback on your voice.

Full detailed setup instructions including Zoom settings are sent after you book your discovery session.

★★★★★

"Of the 5–7 vocal teachers I've had, Daniel is hands-down the best, which is why I've chosen to stay with him for 6 years — the last 4 years entirely online. I thought I'd always have a tight, strained voice. Now I'm hitting notes with an ease I only dreamed was possible."

"I've been taking singing lessons with Daniel for 10 months for my performance in Japan — and it has been an amazing experience. He has a unique ability to explain vocal techniques in a way that's easy to understand and practical to apply."
